Noteworthy has a 3-column layout and fluid page design. The two sidebars are 160 pixels wide. The center content area expands to fit the browser window. The menu bar was created using a styled list. It’s easy to update the menu items. I’ve included the original PSD files for those who wish to customize the graphics/colors.

This template is W3C standards compliant and has been tested in most modern web browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari.
